These afghans are quite lovely and extremely warm. Living in the Northeast, she has made one for every family member, and I will personally attest as to how nice and warm they are. I'm certain that we have saved well over $100 in the last two years alone just by cuddling up in one of mom's afghans rather than turning the heat up higher. There is just something to be said about being all cuddled up with a fire in the fire place ... hmmm and perhaps a nice glass of wine. Well I digress, but you get the picture.
